Alpine Macro is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our sales team based in Montreal.
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide overall sales support including administrative, CR and data management and to our Americas regional sales team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate that's highly motivated, tech savvy and looking to join a fast-growing and dynamic company.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle including lead generation, trial requests, client engagement, follow ups and processing.
- Track, review, and report sales team's KPIs.
- Provide internal, cross-functional administrative support.
- Build reports, dashboards and audit data to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Perform any other ad hoc sales and technology related tasks requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be team player that's able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot are preferred.
