As we expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team to help drive brand awareness and increase sales through thoughtful, engaging, and sometimes cheeky social media initiatives. This role reports to our Marketing Manager and works alongside our small but mighty Marketing Team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Social Media

Social Media Management

  • Management of all brand social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Facebook.
  • Strategize and schedule the monthly content calendar in line with the overall marketing calendar, including product launches and promotions.
  • Create a unified and coherent social presence across all platforms.
  • Utilize all platform functionalities, such as Stories, Broadcast Channel, Notes, etc.
  • Review Key Performance Indicators regularly, such as engagement, reach, saves, shares, CTR, follower growth, etc., to enhance our organic social media strategy for each platform, and strive to reach new goals each month.
  • Align with brand and business objectives across all platforms.
  • Conduct competitive and platform analysis to stay on top of the dynamic social media ecosystem.
  • Stay on top of trends and updates to the ever-changing digital landscape of each platform.
  • Leverage benchmarks and best practices and test new ideas to continuously move the strategy forward.
  • Creator search and co-coordination of monthly creator campaigns.
  • Co-manage our Brand Ambassador program.
  • Plan and execute monthly Instagram/TikTok LIVE Segments in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Quarterly reporting of all metrics and performance.

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Conceptualize, plan, film, photograph, and edit on-brand and aesthetic content for each platform.
  • Work alongside the Graphic Designer to create visually appealing graphics and images.
  • Write compelling and on-brand hooks, captions, and call to actions.
  • Must be a face of the brand and comfortable both behind and on camera.

Community Management & Engagement

  • Reply to, manage, and flag social media inboxes and comments, passing off to the Customer Service team when necessary (including evenings and weekends).
  • Brand listening to stay on top of customer feedback and experiences.
  • Regular seeding to build community and develop further Brand Ambassador and Creator relationships.

General

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and across departments.
  • Assist with and capture content during monthly product photoshoots as needed.
  • Help maintain an organized marketing drive, as well as other marketing apps.
  • Help to continuously improve our Marketing department's processes.
  • Other projects, duties and assignments as required from time-to-time. We are a small but mighty team, and we all do a little bit of everything!

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Experience managing Social Media platforms for a Small Business.
  • Familiarity with Linktree, Canva, Plann, and all social media platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to pivot and adapt as needed, and contribute to a growing business.
  • A face of the brand and comfortable both behind and on camera.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
  • Education: diploma or degree in marketing or related experience.
  • Must be able to work evenings as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must be over 18 years old.
