  • Apply Sandler, MEDDPIC, and solution selling frameworks to qualify opportunities, uncover pain points, and position Kudos as a strategic partner.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations that highlight ROI for HR and People leaders.
  • Build compelling business cases that tie recognition to retention, productivity, engagement, and cost savings.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees (HR, Finance, IT, and C-Suite).
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, Product, and Customer Success to align on strategies and ensure smooth client handoffs.
  • Share market insights, objections, and customer needs with leadership to influence product direction.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain discipline in outbound activity metrics and pipeline hygiene.

  • Expertise in outbound prospecting paired with inbound qualification.
  • Familiarity with Sandler, MEDDPIC, or similar consultative methodologies.

  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.
  • Mission-driven and passionate about improving employee experiences.
