A well-established organization made up of multiple portfolio companies is looking for a Brand & Digital Marketing Lead. This is a continually growing organization of regulated healthcare and life-sciences organizations that is focused on building credible, consistent, and compliant brands.
The organization operates across multiple business units and prioritizes clarity, trust, and professionalism in all digital and public-facing communications, and so an experienced Brand and Digital Marketing Representative is required to oversee consistency across their portfolio.
Compensation
$65,000 -75,000* per annum (commensurate with experience, scope of responsibility, and demonstrated expertise) along with a comprehensive total rewards package.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a Digital Marketing & Brand Manager who enjoys owning and improving the day-to-day digital brand presence across multiple regulated businesses. The role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining strong digital hygiene, consistent brand representation, and credible visibility across websites, social platforms, search, conferences, and professional associations.
Position Description
The Digital Marketing & Brand Manager is responsible for maintaining and executing the organization's digital brand presence across multiple brands. This includes managing website content, ensuring consistency across digital channels, publishing compliant and on-brand content, and supporting visibility through LinkedIn, search, industry events, and professional associations.
The role owns website upkeep and baseline SEO, ensuring content remains current, accurate, and aligned with business priorities. Working closely with internal designers and subject-matter experts, the incumbent translates expertise into credible digital content. The position also supports conference and association presence and maintains oversight of brand assets, including trademarks and renewals.
This is not a senior leadership or agency-management role; it is best suited to someone who enjoys doing the work, taking ownership, and improving systems incrementally.
Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or content-focused roles
- Hands-on experience managing websites and publishing digital content
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and digital best practices
- Experience collaborating with designers and non-marketing stakeholders
- Experience in regulated, technical, healthcare, or life sciences environments is considered an asset
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Excellent written communication and content editing skills
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
- Organized, self-directed, and accountable
- Familiarity with SEO principles, analytics, and website content management systems
- Ability to balance compliance requirements with effective brand storytelling
Education
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field would be a strong asset.
