Nyud is looking for a strategic, highly creative Marketing Manager to join our team full-time at our North York headquarters. This is an in-person leadership role responsible for shaping and executing Nyud's marketing vision across digital channels, campaigns, and brand storytelling as we continue to scale globally.

You will oversee day-to-day marketing execution while thinking long-term about brand growth, performance, and community. This role blends strategy, creative direction, analytics and ideal for someone who understands both elevated brand building and results-driven e-commerce marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, influencer, and organic channels
• Manage product launch marketing from concept through execution, working closely with creative, operations, and leadership teams
• Oversee Nyud's digital marketing ecosystem including email marketing, social platforms, and paid advertising strategy
• Analyze campaign performance, customer behaviour, and conversion data to optimize results and drive growth
• Support influencer partnerships, collaborations, and brand storytelling initiatives
• Develop clear marketing calendars aligned with seasonal drops, restocks, and brand moments
• Ensure all messaging and visuals remain consistent with Nyud's refined brand voice and creative direction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and leadership to align marketing with business goals
• Identify new growth opportunities across platforms, content formats, and emerging trends

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or growth marketing within fashion, beauty, or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, email marketing, and social strategy
• Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision making
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience working with platforms such as Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social scheduling tools
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with excitement for building within a fast-growing brand
