GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Viva & Co is hiring! We are currently seeking a talented junior/intermediate graphic designer to join the team. You will be responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions and brand strategies through to completion. A deep understanding of typography, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and an ability to write clear emails and convey complex issues to clients and suppliers is essential. An ability to program and experience working on heritage or luxury brands will be considered an asset.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development of brand identities from concept to final delivery
• Design marketing materials for print and digital (social, presentations, websites, packaging, etc.)
• Apply brand strategy thoughtfully and consistently across touchpoints
• Prepare clean, organized files for print and web production
• Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and suppliers (take feedback well and iterate efficiently)

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio with branding work
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong written communication skills
• Nice to have: experience with heritage or luxury brands
• Nice to have: illustration, motion, web, or production skills
