The Opportunity:
This is a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven company at an early and highly formative stage.
You'll work directly with experienced founders, help build the systems that support long-term growth, and take on real responsibility from the outset. This isn't a large corporate marketing role or an agency job-it's a hands-on opportunity to build foundational systems, learn quickly, and grow with the company.
In the first phase of this role, you'll help build and organize our core marketing infrastructure. As that foundation is put in place, your role will expand into testing, execution, and helping improve performance across channels. Over time, there will also be room to grow into broader marketing, brand, and digital projects as the company scales.
This is the second non-founder hire, so the right person will have the chance to make a meaningful impact early.
What You'll Do:
- Work directly with the CEO on a small number of high-priority projects at any given time.
- Help build and improve our core marketing systems and metric driven reporting infrastructure.
- Learn the core platforms fast (including Meta, Google Ads, and Mailchimp), improve performance and workflows, and fully own the stack.
- Conduct research, analyze findings, and help turn insights into action.
- Produce clear daily and weekly updates on progress, priorities, and bottlenecks.
- Manage freelancers and help keep projects organized and moving forward.
- Follow through reliably, communicate clearly, and close the loop once work is complete.
Ideal background:
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, growth, operations, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with numbers, reporting, and performance data, with strong analytical ability.
- Excited by the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage startup environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or email marketing tools.
- Basic design sense and comfort working with simple creative tools (such as Canva or Adobe).
- Interest in UI / UX, landing pages, or digital customer experience.
- Interest in health, wellness and supplements.
- Interest in AI tools and leaning and using new agents and technology.

Compensation & Work Environment
- Starting salary: $60,000 per year.
- Eligible for performance-based bonus review tied to longer-term performance metrics after 6 months.
- 6-month compensation & performance review.
- 3 weeks paid vacation.
- Work-from-home flexibility (depending on project needs).

Hours/Location:
This is a full-time role, 9-5pm (Monday to Friday). We're open to occasional flexibility depending on the person and the work.
Our main office is at 595 Sheppard Ave. East, Unit 204, across from Bayview Village and on the subway line. There may also be occasional in-person meetings downtown Toronto. Depending on the project, you'll typically have the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week if you'd like.
