A2 Precision Painting is hiring motivated individuals for a door-to-door sales and canvassing role in Calgary.

This is a paid, structured position with hourly base pay plus performance bonuses. You will be speaking directly with homeowners to generate qualified leads and book painting estimates.

This role is ideal for university students, recent graduates, or professionals looking for flexible part-time income.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Door-to-door canvassing in assigned Calgary neighbourhoods

Introducing A2 Precision Painting to homeowners

Identifying upcoming residential painting projects

Booking in-home estimates with interested homeowners

Collecting accurate contact information

Logging qualified leads for our sales team

Shifts are typically 3-4 hours in the late afternoons, evenings, or on weekends.

You are initiating conversations and booking appointments. You are not closing contracts on the spot.

COMPENSATION

$20-$25 per hour base pay

Bonuses for each qualified lead
