Business Development Manager - Cloud, SAP & Infrastructure Services (GTA - New Business)

As we expand our presence in the GTA, we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us accelerate our growth.

As our Business Development Manager, you'll drive new growth across the GTA by opening doors, building executive relationships, and winning complex Cloud, SAP, and Infrastructure managed services deals. You'll shape our go?to?market strategy, partner with technical experts to design high?value solutions, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This role is built for a true hunter who excels at engaging senior stakeholders and navigating multi?layered, consultative sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

• Prospect and generate leads through your network, events, and outreach
• Qualify opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
• Generate new strategic partnerships
• Lead proposal development and RFP responses
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and presales to deliver compelling solutions
• Leverage strategic partnerships to enhance offerings

Client & Account Management

• Maintain and grow client relationships post-sale
• Present new services and updates to existing clients
• Ensure alignment between sales and delivery teams
• Track pipeline and report on progress in CRM

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales in IT consulting, cloud, SAP, or infrastructure services in the GTA
• Proven experience selling managed services or infrastructure modernization
• Strong familiarity with the GTA tech market and enterprise buyer landscape
• Demonstrated success consistently acquiring net-new logos
• Experience selling to CIOs, IT leadership, and technical teams

Required Skills

Strong command of:

• Cloud (Private/Public/Hybrid)
• ERP/SAP ecosystems
• Data center hosting and managed infrastructure
• ITIL/Agile environments
