MARKETING SPECIALIST

Westfine Meats Inc. in Innisfail, AB, is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will contribute and support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote company products and services. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, balance of strategic thinking and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Design market materials, such as graphics and banners, using Photoshop and other online tools.
• Update and maintain website content on WordPress, ensure consistency and brand alignment.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools ex. Facebook ad manager, Mailchimp etc.
• Aid in product development and label designs.
• Collaborate with internal team to develop brand and ensure consistency.
• Coordinate promotional events and trade shows.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials (brochures, ads, presentations etc.).
• Other duties as assigned to support operational requirements.

What You Bring

• Post-Secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, analytics).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and support co-workers.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
