Sales Operations Manager - Sales & Leadership Track

This role is designed as a fast-track development position for individuals who want to grow into a Studio Manager / General Manager role.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)

  • Drive daily membership, retail, and add-on sales
  • Actively follow up with leads, trials, and inactive clients
  • Conduct outreach (calls, texts, emails, referrals) to generate business
  • Track performance daily and stay focused on hitting targets
  • Take personal ownership of conversion and revenue results

This role requires someone who enjoys the hunt, not just the service.

Team Leadership

  • Lead front desk shifts and set the energy and performance standard
  • Motivate and influence the team to hit daily and weekly goals
  • Support training and coaching of new team members
  • Step up as a leader on the floor and take initiative

Operations & Ownership

  • Support scheduling execution and daily studio flow
  • Maintain organization, communication, and accountability on shift
  • Ensure high standards of presentation, service, and energy
  • Identify issues early and take action

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2-5 years experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing sales
  • Competitive and motivated by targets and performance
  • Confident approaching people and building relationships
  • Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and closing
  • Naturally takes initiative and looks for responsibility
  • Strong presence - others naturally look to you as a leader
  • Ambitious and looking for real career growth
