Love design, culture, and creating experiences that bring people together? Coveted Co. is looking for an Account Manager, Events & Client Services to join our team.

You'll serve as the primary client lead across select lifestyle, real estate, and international accounts, guiding strategy through execution and protecting both the creative standard and the bottom line. This is not a support role. It's for someone who can own the room, the client, and the outcome while managing 1-2 team members.

We develop creative strategies that connect brands with audiences through culture, content, and experience. Our clients include some of the world's leading names in aviation, tourism, hospitality, real estate, and design.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client lead across assigned accounts, providing proactive counsel and managing relationships with confidence.
  • Lead experiential programs/events including activations, pop-ups, placemaking and sponsorship integrations; from brief through execution and wrap.
  • Translate client objectives into clear strategies, production plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage six-figure budgets responsibly, protect margin, and flag scope changes early.
  • Oversee and mentor 1-2 team members, setting direction while staying close to the details.
  • Work closely with our design team to ensure ideas are strategically sound and executable.
  • Collaborate with PR, social, and content partners to ensure cohesive storytelling across client channels.
  • Manage vendors and external partners with professionalism and clarity.
  • Stay hands-on reviewing decks, refining run-of-shows, checking guest lists, confirming load-ins; stepping in wherever needed. No task is too small if it protects the outcome.
  • Lead onsite with confidence, solve problems quickly, and represent both the agency and client seamlessly.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in experiential marketing, live events, or integrated brand programming (agency preferred).
  • Proven ability to independently lead client accounts and manage complex budgets.
  • Strong people management skills with experience supervising junior team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and operational abilities.
  • Strategic mindset paired with strong production execution skills.
  • Strong creative sensibility and experience collaborating with design teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenter.
  • Strong financial acumen and comfort managing six-figure program budgets.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, Excel, and project management platforms (Asana/Monday.com); Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours when required by live programming.
  • Ability to travel within Canada, the US, and internationally as needed.
  • French, Spanish or Turkish language skills are considered an asset.
