Director of Sales
Location: Vancouver
Compensation: Base $150K-$175K
- OTE up to $250K
Our client, a global healthcare technology organization focused on identity, security, and connected solutions, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and grow a North American healthcare technology sales team.
This role combines sales leadership, business development, and healthcare technology expertise.
The successful candidate will coach a team of experienced sales professionals, drive pipeline growth, and expand market share for RTLS solutions within hospital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of healthcare sales professionals
- Drive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition
- Execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
- Build relationships with hospital executives, clinical leaders, and IT stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and channel partners on go-to-market initiatives
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and performance reporting
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
Must Have Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B healthcare technology sales experience
- Experience selling complex solutions into hospitals or healthcare systems
- Proven success leading and developing remote sales teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic sales skills
Nice To Have Qualifications
- Enterprise healthcare technology, IoT, or connected healthcare platform experience is an asset
- Familiarity with RTLS, IoT, or healthcare workflow technologies is an asset
