Role Description

We are looking for a High-Activity Hunter to expand our footprint by securing new partnerships with National Insurance Carriers and Regional Mutuals from coast to coast.

This isn't about selling a product; it's about selling a partnership. You will be responsible for proving our superior cycle times, recovery rates, and service levels. This role is for a high-energy closer who can manage a dual-threat sales strategy: relentless digital/phone prospecting and high-impact, face-to-face relationship building at major industry events.

What You'll Do .

  • National Prospecting: Identify and penetrate National and Regional Mutuals.
  • The Claims Pivot: Navigate complex insurance hierarchies to reach the decision-makers.
  • Volume Building: Your goal is to secure "First Call" status or preferred vendor contracts that secures a partnership built on quality and service.
  • Consultative Selling: Analyze a carrier's current salvage pain points-and present our model as the solution.
  • Trade Show & Field Dominance: Represent the company at National Insurance Conferences, Trade shows, industry functions and local related association meetings to build a "boots on the ground" network.

Who You Are

  • A True Hunter: You have a "start from zero" mindset. You are comfortable making multiple outbound touches a day to open doors. You have a proven track record of winning new contracts through cold outreach.
  • The Industry Insider:
Salvage Industry, Claims Adjusting, or P&C Insurance Sales is a major advantage.
  • Relationship Architect: You know how to build trust with Industry leaders in a 5-minute cold call and turn it into a 5-year contract. You know how to use a CRM to track -activities, follow-ups, and booth leads so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Travel Ready: You are willing and able to travel to meet with industry leaders, attend related events on a National Level. You thrive on the road. You enjoy the travel, the networking, and the fast-paced environment of national trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify key players and build relationships with Executives, Claims, Salvage and Recovery departments within National and Regional Insurance Carriers.
  • Act as the face of the company at national and regional insurance conferences.
  • Manage a high-volume outbound sales cadence (calls/LinkedIn/email) to secure "First Call" status or preferred vendor contracts.
  • Consult with Insurance Claims, Salvage, Recovery managers and executives provide them with our high efficiency and effective business model.
  • Conduct in person and virtual presentations and "lunch-and-learns" for claims adjusters, salvage and recovery departments.
