Clavéa is a tech firm based in Laval QC. We do infrastructure, security, and software services. We design and secure systems, then we stick around to maintain and improve the software over time.
We work across automotive, finance, and enterprise IT, often all at once. Small team, senior people, growing products, moving fast.
The Role
We need someone to own everything outward-facing: marketing, social media, and sales support, across every service line we run.
Here's the reality. The context switching is constant. In the morning you might be writing messaging for a cybersecurity service targeting IT directors. After lunch you're putting together a sales sequence for a software product in a totally different industry. By 4pm you're figuring out how to position a brand new service line for a buyer persona you weren't thinking about at breakfast.
Different audiences, different tone, different stakes, all day long.

What You'll Do
Marketing
- Build and run content and campaign strategies for each service line, each with its own audience
- Write copy for landing pages, emails, service decks, and ads
- Shift tone and positioning depending on what you're selling and who you're selling it to
- Track what's working, kill what isn't, don't wait for permission
Social Media
- Own the content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn mainly, others where it makes sense)
- Post stuff that sounds like it was written by someone who actually understands the work
- Stay in the conversation and know when to jump in
Sales Support
- Help with outbound prospecting and follow-up sequences across service lines
- Build and keep pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales materials up to date
- Keep the CRM clean with pipeline updates and notes
- Work with founders directly on live deals and partner conversations
Cross-Project Work
- Get involved in GTM planning when new services or verticals launch
- Help onboard users and partners as things grow
- Spot gaps and opportunities across everything we're building
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in marketing, growth and sales.
- Bilingual French and English, no exceptions. You'll be creating content and talking to people in both languages every day.
- Experience juggling multiple brands, audiences, or verticals. Agency or B2B services background is a strong signal.
- Can write for technical people and non-technical people equally well
- Familiar with tools like Notion, a CRM, LinkedIn, and Google/Meta Ads
- You figure things out and move without waiting to be told what to do
- Bonus: you've marketed technical services before (IT, security, infra, SaaS, professional services)
