Residential Sales Associate

Since 1984, Orion Blinds has been helping customers choose the perfect window treatments for their homes. Based on the belief that window coverings do so much more than just cover your windows, our goal has always been to help them create unique, beautiful spaces which reflect their needs as well as style.

We are expanding our team and are looking for an expert is sales and business development.

As our Residential Sales Associate, you are a pro in business development, establishing relationships acquiring new clients, and attaining objectives

The role:

• Partner with residential building and condo developers to obtain new areas of residential sales

• Actively seek out new avenues for residential sales and build a client base through cold-calling, email marketing, and client relationship management

• Provide sales expertise and strategies to reach and exceed sales targets

• Establish and maintain strong business and customer relationships

About you:

• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

• Experience attaining sales targets

• Highly motivated and target driven

• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiating skills

• Bilingual in French and English
