Position Overview:

We are hiring a Community Growth Manager to lead the expansion of HaevenX within assigned communities.

This role is focused on enrolling households into the program, building relationships with residents and community stakeholders, and driving each zone to launch. You will play a key role in bringing a new security model to market.

Key Responsibilities:

Enroll households into the HaevenX program

Conduct community outreach and build local relationships

Work with residents, property managers, and community leaders

Drive enrollment to meet zone launch targets

Represent HaevenX in a professional and confident manner

Maintain accurate tracking of enrollments and interactions

Compensation

- Base salary: $40,000 to $50,000 per year

- Commission: One-time payment equal to 50% of each household's first monthly subscription fee

- Commission is paid only once the zone reaches launch threshold and billing begins

- Commission applies only to households personally enrolled that become active paying members

High performers can earn $100,000+
