Company & Role Description

Wanshing Machinery is a Richmond-based company specializing in the sales, rental, and service of forklifts and material handling equipment. We are growing and looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to help generate new opportunities, support customer communication, and keep our sales process organized and moving forward.

This is not a pure cold-call role, but you do need to be comfortable picking up the phone, following up consistently, and communicating professionally with local businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer communication, sales support, and coordination in a fast-moving equipment business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and send emails to local businesses to generate new leads
  • Follow up on quotes and keep potential customers engaged
  • Handle inbound inquiries by phone, email, and walk-in
  • Prepare sales and rental quotations and invoices
  • Support the sales team with customer communication and follow-up
  • Manage equipment listings on business platforms, social media, and industry websites
  • Track leads, quotes, and customer activity in the company database
  • Coordinate deliveries between sales, service, and customers
  • Help ensure a smooth process from inquiry to delivery

Qualifications

  • Canadian work experience in sales support, customer service, office administration, or coordination
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and writing professional business emails
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Experience in equipment, automotive, construction, or industrial sectors is a strong asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • QuickBooks or Xero experience is a bonus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate with quotes, invoices, and customer records
  • Looking for a permanent, long-term position

Pay & Benefits

  • Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 total earning potential (Base Salary
