We are currently recruiting a Digital Marketing and Creative Specialist for a full time permanent opportunity on our Digital Marketing team.
Reporting to the Manager, Brand and Marketing, this role supports the execution of Kindred's digital marketing initiatives through the development and delivery of creative assets, multimedia content, and campaign materials across digital and social channels. Working closely with the Creative and Brand Strategy Lead - and taking day-to-day creative direction from them -, this role contributes to digital-first content creation and multimedia storytelling, ensuring alignment with established creative direction and brand standards. Secondly, to collaborate with marketing team members and internal partners to bring marketing strategies to life through compelling visual storytelling, ensuring all content is brand aligned, member-focused, and optimized for digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produces and adapts digital creative assets-including ads, email visuals, landing page graphics, and social media content-in alignment with Kindred's established brand standards and campaign direction
- Plans, captures, and edits short-form video and multimedia content to support digital marketing and social media strategies
- Creates motion graphics and visual assets to enhance storytelling and campaign effectiveness across digital platforms
- Collaborates with marketing team members, the Creative and Brand Strategy Lead, and internal stakeholders to contribute to and execute creative concepts, supporting broader campaign strategies and business objectives and member needs
- Supports website updates and content enhancements by implementing creative assets and applying established SEO and digital best practices to improve visibility, usability, and engagement
- Supports ongoing graphic design and creative production needs across marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables
What to bring
You bring a strong foundation in digital marketing across various channels, along with the ability to capture high-quality photo and video content using available tools. You have a talent for visual storytelling, with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve results.
You will be part of a collaborative workplace where you can engage with our purpose, participate in the business and share your voice. You'll be expected to continually grow your skills and abilities and to share your expertise and experience with team members.
Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, motion graphics, and production design
- Experience developing digital assets across multiple platforms, including social media, web, and email.
- Experience with video production, editing, and/or motion graphics.
- Strong technical proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other digital programs like Blender and Canva).
- Understanding of SEO principles, website content management systems, and marketing automation platforms.
