Kleinschmidt Associates is looking for a Marketing Coordinator in Canada who's equal parts creative thinker, organized chaos coordinator, digital storyteller, and "I can figure it out" problem solver.

• Location: Nova Scotia or Ontario (Remote/Hybrid Flexible)
• Salary: 25.06 - 35.67 CAD/hour (based on experience)

This is not the kind of marketing job where you'll spend your days resizing logos and making PowerPoints disappear into the void.

You'll help market projects that actually matter:

• Renewable energy
• Environmental stewardship
• Fish passage
• river restoration
• Water resources
• dam safety
• Sustainable infrastructure

One day you might be:

• Editing video content for social campaigns
• Building engaging social media posts
• Coordinating award submissions
• Updating web content and digital campaigns
• Designing graphics in InDesign
• Supporting business development pursuits
• Exploring how AI can make marketing smarter and faster

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 2-3 years of marketing experience (AEC/professional services is a plus)
• Can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Is comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, social media, and digital tools
• Gets excited about storytelling, branding, and creative problem-solving
• Is curious about AI and emerging marketing technology
• Wants to grow their career with a collaborative, supportive team
