Reporting directly to our Vice President of Sales, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales of specialized software for the packaging and graphic arts industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital printing, prepress workflows, and automation solutions, particularly in the label and packaging sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and demonstrating the value of our technology solutions in optimizing their operations.

Aufgaben
- Business Development: Identify and prospect potential customers in the label and packaging segments within the Toronto area
- Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead sales from initial outreach to contract closure, including product presentations, software demonstrations, negotiations, and market trend analysis.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the technical and business needs of customers to offer tailored solutions that improve their efficiency, productivity, and print quality.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Industry Engagement: Travel within the assigned region to meet customers, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifikation
- Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, printing, packaging, or automation technology, with a track record of closing deals.
- Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with decision-makers.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and communicate the value of technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Travel Ready: Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
