The Mission

We are looking for a creative storyteller and organized strategist to become the voice of our brand online. As our Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator, you won't just be "posting to the grid"-you'll be building a community. You will own our social presence, turning brand goals into thumb-stopping content that resonates with our audience and keeps us ahead of the trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • The Roadmap: Own and maintain a multi-platform content calendar to ensure a consistent, high-impact brand presence.
  • Trend Hunting: Stay ahead of the curve by researching viral trends, platform updates, and audience insights to keep our content fresh.

2. Content Creation (The Fun Part)

  • Visual Storytelling: Produce high-quality Reels, TikToks, and Stories using tools like
Canva or CapCut.
  • Copywriting: Craft witty, engaging, and brand-aligned captions that drive clicks and conversations.
  • Repurposing: Transform long-form blogs or videos into "snackable" social assets.

3. Community & Growth

  • Engagement: Manage daily interactions-responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster a loyal community.
  • Execution: Handle the technical side of scheduling and posting via
Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Eye: A strong sense of aesthetics and an understanding of what makes a visual "pop" in a crowded feed.
  • The Voice: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to pivot from professional LinkedIn insights to punchy TikTok hooks.
  • The Engine: High organizational skills; you meet deadlines and manage multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
  • The Tools: Proficiency in
Canva and familiarity with social scheduling platforms.
  • The Mindset: A proactive, "let's try it" attitude with a genuine passion for digital storytelling.
