Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team in our downtown Vancouver office. This is an in-office, inside sales role focused on managing assigned accounts, closing new business, and expanding customer relationships within defined verticals.

You will own the full sales cycle-from discovery through close-by understanding customer challenges and positioning the best-fit solutions from the Faronics portfolio. Success in this role requires strong pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and consistent quota performance.

Location:

This role is based out of our downtown Vancouver headquarters, located in the heart of the city-steps from Granville, Vancouver City Centre, and Waterfront SkyTrain stations, and directly above Pacific Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business within assigned accounts and verticals
  • Grow and retain existing customer relationships through solution expansion and renewals
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and pain points
  • Build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue with accuracy
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance targets
  • Manage inbound leads and inquiries as assigned
  • Advance deals by coordinating internal resources as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Develop strong product knowledge across the Faronics solution set

How You'll Work:

You will collaborate cross-functionally to move opportunities forward and deliver solutions that align with customer needs. This role is primarily inside sales, with a strong emphasis on pipeline management, forecasting, and quota attainment.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of software sales experience, preferably in enterprise or IT-focused environments
  • Experience selling to IT Administrators, IT Managers, or IT Directors
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from discovery to close
  • Proven ability to manage pipeline and consistently hit targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organization and comfort working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Bonus: Experience selling into Education / EdTech environments

Compensation:

  • Base salary: Approximately $65,000 CAD plus commission and accelerators
  • Final compensation will be commensurate with experience, performance history, and overall value brought to the role
