WCD is looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Business Development Executive to help organizations modernize the workplace through AI-enabled digital mailrooms, intelligent digital intake, document digitization, workflow automation, and workplace productivity solutions.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, entrepreneurial, highly personable, and naturally skilled at building trusted relationships with senior leaders. Someone who can walk into a room, create confidence quickly, communicate with passion, lead change and help customers envision a smarter way of working.
You'll work with enterprise and public-sector customers who are transforming how information flows across their organizations, from paper-based processes and manual workflows to intelligent, automated, AI-enabled operations.

Professional Experience
5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience
Experience selling one or more of the following is considered a strong asset:
Digital Transformation Solutions
Workflow Automation
Managed Services
Document Management / ECM
Workplace Services
Software or Technology Solutions
Information Management or Digitization Services
Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience managing complex sales opportunities and long sales cycles
Experience working with enterprise or public-sector organizations is an asset
