We're Hiring: VP of Sales & Growth (Partner-Level Role)
Vision Bleu Group is looking for a Vice-President of Sales & Growth to help scale our core businesses across Canada and the United States.

This is not a corporate VP role.
This is not salary-first.
This is a high-risk, high-upside, builder-level opportunity.
About Vision Bleu Group
Vision Bleu Group is building a multi-company ecosystem with strong synergies:
- Vision Bleu LED - High-ticket smart architectural lighting (residential & commercial)
- Vision Bleu Partners - Licensing & expansion across Canada & the USA
- Vision Bleu Media - Our in-house marketing and growth powerhouse (activated further down the road)
We're early, ambitious, and moving fast.
Your Mission (Phase 1 Focus)
You will:
- Personally close high-ticket residential & commercial deals
- Build, train, and lead sales teams (setters, closers, territory leads)
- Scale our commercial and residential pipelines
- Help recruit & close new licensees across Canada & the US
- Design sales systems, scripts, KPIs, and pipelines
- Operate with a partner / owner mindset
This is a hands-on role. You sell first, then scale.
Future Expansion (Phase 2 & Beyond)
Once core sales engines are stable, you'll play a key role in:
- Helping scale Vision Bleu Media third party clients
- Structuring sales for marketing retainers
- Supporting licensees with centralized growth and sales systems
This is not day-one, but a clear part of the long-term vision.
Compensation (Transparent & Performance-Based)
Immediate Earnings (No Cap):
- Vision Bleu LED installations:
- - Residential:
8-12% commission
- - Commercial: 10-15% commission
- Vision Bleu Partners (Licensing):
- - $5,000-$15,000 per licensee closed
Mid-Term:
- Base salary introduced once revenue systems and teams are producing consistently
Long-Term:
- Equity or phantom equity
- Profit share
- Vesting tied to performance and time

- You've been a top closer, founder, and/or a Builder
- You thrive in uncertainty and like building from scratch
- You want ownership-level upside, not just a paycheck
- You're comfortable getting your hands dirty early
This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You need a guaranteed salary on day one
- You want a corporate structure and minimal risk
- You're not willing to sell personally
- You expect us to hand you everything, this is a builder role
