The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to specifications. They will create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. The Web Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop web solutions, and maintain existing websites. They should have a strong understanding of front-end development technologies and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.


  • Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites
  • Gather and analyze requirements from cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain website features, including interactive elements and forms
  • Optimize websites for speed and performance
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website user experience
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation of website development processes and procedures


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development principles
  • Proficiency in front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery)
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  • Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web standards
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus
  • Experience with back-end development languages (e.g., PHP, Python) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills in web development and programming languages
  • Attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing designs
