Role Overview

Planet Cleaning is seeking a driven and motivated Senior Operations & Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in both operations and business development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Coordinate scheduling and support day-to-day operations
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality assurance standards are met
• Manage client relationships and address service needs

Sales & Business Development

• Prepare quotes and proposals for prospective clients
• Support client outreach and relationship management
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Attend site walkthroughs and client meetings
• Maintain and update CRM systems and client records

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
