About the Role

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Account - Dispositions to join our growing sales team. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful sale and disposition of properties acquired through our real estate business. You will maximize property value, streamline the sales process, and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors. This is an individual contributor role with the potential to be part of a growing team of sales specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sale of off-market properties to our investor network, ensuring smooth transactions and timely closings.
  • Maximize profit margins by implementing strong negotiation tactics and strategic pricing.
  • Develop and nurture buyer relationships, identifying and engaging potential investors.
  • Optimize the disposition process, improving sales, marketing, and closing efficiencies.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Podio, HubSpot) to track deals, manage buyer communications, and analyze pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to ensure a seamless transition from property acquisition to sale.
  • Monitor disposition capacity and recommend additional resources or support as needed.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership, ensuring clear visibility into the pipeline, revenue, and progress of deals.

What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months In)

  • Successfully closing 10+ properties per month while maintaining strong profit margins.
  • Expanding and strengthening the buyer network, leading to an increase in repeat investors.
  • Improving efficiency in the disposition process, reducing transaction times and optimizing pricing strategies.
  • Developing a deep understanding of investor needs and delivering high-value property opportunities.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, or dispositions (licensed or unlicensed).
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a demonstrated track record of closing deals.
  • Knowledge of real estate contracts, transaction processes, and property valuations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple transactions, and build lasting client relationships.

Preferable

  • Experience using CRM systems (Podio, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Background in real estate investment, property management, or land development.
  • Proven ability to build a book of business by identifying and engaging a target audience.
  • Familiarity with land use regulations and zoning considerations.

Growth Potential

This role offers the potential to advance to a Senior Sales Advisor or transition into a leadership position within the sales team, overseeing other disposition specialists and expanding Oliver's market reach.

Compensation:

Base salary of $65,000

Plus, a commission of 1% on net revenue

Target earnings: $90,000+
