Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Reports To: Senior Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Chilliwack office. This part-time position (approximately 4 hours per day) provides essential administrative and customer service support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role offers future opportunities for growth within our organization.

Responsibilities and Duties include :

  • Answering phones and greeting clients
  • Stocking office supplies and ordering misc items required
  • Maintaining office equipment
  • Bank deposits and petty cash
  • Preparing expense reports
  • Arranging couriers
  • Mail
  • Tracking fuel cards
  • Various weekly reports as required
  • Arranging meetings as required
  • Filing if required
  • Small project set-up as requested by project teams
  • Assist project teams as required

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel and Microsoft Teams
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset

The wage for this position will be discussed during the interview stage, taking into consideration candidate qualifications and experience.
