Position Details:

  • This is a full-time position and ideally the last company you'll work for
  • You will receive a competitive base salary and participate in our annual discretionary bonus plan
  • You will be based in Toronto

Accountabilities:

  • Manage Key Databases: Regularly update and maintain essential databases, including Salesforce and eVestment, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Respond accurately and timely to client inquiries and requests
  • Provide client support to on-board new clients on the direct side of our business
  • Organize Marketing Data: Collect, analyze, and organize data from various marketing campaigns to support reporting and strategy optimization
  • Oversee Due Diligence & Proposal Processes: Manage the Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, ensuring timely and precise completion.
  • Event Support: Provide logistical and administrative support for investor events and related activities, enhancing engagement and brand visibility
  • Coordinate Content Production: Oversee the content production process, from ideation through final delivery, to ensure alignment with brand and communication goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment management
  • Valid Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CFA
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter
