Purpose of the position
Ownership of: CLIENT / BRAND / CAMPAIGN / PROJECT / TASK
Account Managers are professionals who handle all key client marketing inputs to deliver the best results, regardless of the material developed.
They establish clear deliverables, manage client expectations, ensure that all the required approvals are met, and coordinate efficiently with internal stakeholders to make projects happen.
Responsible for the execution and management of the day-to-day workload of a brand. Takes the lead on many of the tasks within a project to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate delivery. Has sufficient understanding of brand strategic priorities to ensure day-to-day tactical decisions support higher-level objectives.
Responsibilities
Participates in client meetings and stay in the loop with ongoing client communications for project-related discussions. Assist in developing strategic and creative recommendations. Demonstrates a solid understanding of internal and client processes relevant to their assigned accounts and ensures compliance with them.
Develops initial estimates and oversees project budgets, costs, invoicing, etc. Ensures approved projects are executed within established timelines and budgets. Regularly evaluates project activity, identifying and flagging any issues. Applies attention to detail to guarantee error-free documents. Seeks consistency in messaging and creativity across brand projects. Possesses a profound understanding of brand guidelines, including those of competitors. Has acquired a basic understanding of PAAB guidelines and other relevant rules and regulations.
