VIDA is seeking a full time Marketing Strategist and Content Creator to drive the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to engage our community and support VIDA's growth.

The Role:

As the Marketing Strategist and Content Creator, some of your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Brand Oversight
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications across various platforms consistently reflect VIDA's voice and values
  • Coordinate across teams & departments to ensure consistency in all communications
  • Create and maintain a style guide to be used as reference for all marketing materials Assisting with the design of brand assets (public reports, etc)
  • Socal Media Strategy
  • Develop and implement social media content and campaigns that align with VIDA's objectives
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance of social media campaigns
  • Engage with followers and manage community interactions Keeping up with and aligning content with current social media trends
  • Website Management Collaborate with the team to routinely update website with fresh content and consistent voice
  • Communication Consistency
  • Review and edit major external communications to align with VIDA's tone, style, and messaging priorities
  • Facilitate communication strategy sessions and develop templates to ensure alignment in outgoing messages

What will help you succeed in this role? 

  •  Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies for diverse audiences (internal and external)
  • Creativity and Innovation: Desire to bring creative ideas to the table for campaigns and content
  • Customer centric mindset: Always considering the customers perspective and seeking to improve customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication: Ability to craft clear and compelling messages effectively 
  • Confidence: Strong sense of self assurance and the ability to convey decisions and ideas clearly and persuasively 
  • Eye for Design: enjoys using digital design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Analytical: Ability to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns, and make data driven decisions 
  • Video Editing experience: A keen eye for visual storytelling, with proficiency in creating and editing video content
  • Passion for community engagement: A desire to engage and energize our community, with the ability to encourage participation and build meaningful relationships
  • Collaborative Spirit: Eager to engage with all teams and stakeholders
