Marketing and Communication Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing and Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies and communication plans. These efforts are aimed at promoting the company's brand, mission, vision, and values both internally and externally. The role is particularly focused on internal campaigns, while also supporting NFI Group-level external activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Plan and execute internal and external marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including People and Culture, Strategy, and others) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including the company website, social media platforms, and external media.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followership, brand visibility and recruitment efforts.
  • Support the Company's intranet content and campaigns, including planned redesigns to the Company's intranet.
  • Support rollout and continued adoption of the Company's mission, vision, and values activities.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Design activities related to the company's brand standards, video production, and photography.
  • Support developing and improving internal and external presentations, including investor relations materials.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • University degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint.
