We're searching for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a track record of driving growth to lead our product marketing team. You'll have the opportunity to convert potential customers into raving Helcim fans! You'll spearhead marketing efforts including positioning, messaging, and branding of Helcim to small and medium sized merchants by sharing the value and benefits our payment services provide.

In this role you'll provide leadership and hands-on execution in implementing go-to-market strategies. Working closely with Sales, Product and Data, you'll optimize every part of the funnel enhancing product adoption and customer retention to drive customer growth across Canada and the US.

What you'll do:

  • Coach and develop a high-performing product marketing team.
  • Develop and implement product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our products in the market to increase customer acquisition.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful product adoption and sales growth.
  • Build trust and create a conversation with potential customers by overseeing the development of marketing materials, including product collateral, sales tools, case studies, whitepapers, and website content.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell Helcim's services.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market data to refine marketing strategies and inform product development.
  • Collaborate with product managers, sales, customer support, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape of payments.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong collaborator and team player.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for understanding customer needs and behaviors.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability.
