Specialist, Automations & Database Marketing

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Database Marketing Specialist to join our database marketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer data, segmenting audiences, and supporting the execution of targeted database and email marketing campaigns.

Priorities:

• Maintain and update customer databases: responsible for managing customer data, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Segment customer data for targeted marketing campaigns: creates targeted audience lists by segmenting customer data, enabling more personalized and effective marketing efforts.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance: evaluates the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization, conducting intentional testing, and future initiatives to improve overall results.

Responsibilities :

• Own the development and execution of database marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, app messaging efforts.
• Conduct regular testing of the customer journey and campaign initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in database marketing.
• Ad hoc requests as directed by Manager, Automations & Database Marketing.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in database marketing, CRM, or a related field.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
