THE TEAM

The mission of the Marketing Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Marketing Integration Department, you will be part of the team responsible for driving effective performance of our rapidly growing Marketing business by upholding and continually improving the standards of operational excellence. As the Manager, Initiative Management, you will lead the successful execution of cross-functional business, creative, technology projects and special events, ensuring deliverables are completed on-time and on-budget. THE ROLE

As the Manager, Initiative Management, you will:

  • Project manage or be the business lead on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Integrate new infrastructure into and out of the division.
  • Ensure division tools support business needs.
  • Connect and organize the division with business-driven, simple, and relevant information.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, Initiative Management, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in project and special event management.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000-$120,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
