The ideal candidate will help execute and support consumer marketing and media for RE/MAX, LCC. An aptitude to learn quickly and effectively. A proficient multi-tasker with excellent time management skills and attention to detail. This position is an important member of the marketing team, working directly with the Marketing Media Manager and various other marketing team members to help with day-to-day functions to support the growth of the RE/MAX brand. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, professional and a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Media Manager in developing and executing media plan, across both traditional and digital, including keeping day-to-day initiatives organized and on-time with project schedules
  • Maintain and oversee various tracking tools, reports, and analytics to ensure campaigns are performing as expected and meeting/surpassing goals. Compile campaign post reports for senior leadership as needed
  • Support the Marketing Media Manager in developing positive relationships with agency partners
  • Accurately maintain vendor records, media approval documentation, media purchase contracts and invoices
  • Maintain updated team status reports as needed
  • Support marketing team in executing projects and programs that involve multiple deliverables, ensuring timelines are met
  • Assist in developing, managing, and auditing marketing materials used to promote campaigns. Ensure they are updated, accurate and packaged together for the network and internal teams.
  • Stay comprised of trends in the marketing/media/advertising industry to assist in generating new ideas and approaches for the brand.
  • Other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned or needed by the business.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Desire to continuously improve performance of campaigns through testing and analysis.
  • Effective communications that support proficient project management.
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency to take projects from concept to implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding prioritization, time management and organizational skills when faced with multiple projects
  • Self-starter and able to work independently to prioritize projects and push them through to completion.
  • Knowledge of various media and best practices, including digital and traditional media.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), experience with CRM systems a bonus

Hire Range/Rate:

$51,000-$60,000 CAD

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
