About the Role

Looking to blaze a trail and make a career-defining impact? In this role, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and analytical Growth Marketing Manager, who will build, manage and execute the growth strategy for our core marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have a track record of scaling channels, developing and rolling out new campaigns and should be very comfortable managing multiple channels like Paid Social, Paid Search and Display. This role will report into the Associate Director, Marketing and will be working for our ready-to-eat business - Factor.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and budgets across core online channels including agency management, creative briefing and approval, optimizing and reporting.
  • Analyze data, campaign results and performance to make meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions including reallocating budget and optimizing efficiencies.
  • Lead testing and new channel launch pipeline across channel mix including building business cases, running post-mortems and sharing learnings with key stakeholders.
  • Own development and execution of marketing channel plans, by taking an analytical, data-driven approach (A/B tests), and be a data-driven contributor who helps develop and analyze test results for efficient customer acquisition.
  • Launch and manage campaign set-ups, from setting up promotional discounts to partner box creation.
  • Manage a team of agencies, freelancers and a small internal team.
  • Support setting the overall marketing strategy and play a large role in building the growth strategy to scale the business.
  • Generate scrappy, net-new ideas on ways to not only create awareness of the new product, but drive tangible results by testing new and interesting ways to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Build relationships with internal cross-functional partners (local counterparts, Brand/PR, CRM, analytics etc.) and external partners (agencies/vendors) to facilitate and accelerate programs.
  • Special projects and tasks as requested

At a minimum, you have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably at a high-growth organization (ex. Tech startup, SaaS, Big Tech) or digital marketing/growth agency
  • Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment: You've managed complex projects independently with little supervision, and have consistently delivered on-time, on-budget, while managing multiple stakeholders, in the face of ambiguity
  • Unafraid to roll up your sleeves and do your own analysis alongside other like-minded teammates (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • An understanding of the core concepts of subscription-based business models
  • Scrappy, can-do attitude, with a learning mindset: You whole-heartedly embrace the ?fail fast, fail forward' mindset, learn fast, and relentlessly iterate as you go
  • Very analytical and results-oriented. You are driven to focus on measurable outcomes and delivering ROI on marketing investments
  • Comfortable leading meetings to present project updates or make your case

  • Past experience successfully scaling a brand, campaign or product
  • Bilingual (French) is a significant advantage
