As we continue to rapidly expand customer awareness and demand for our clients services increases, so do our expectations for our Marketing team.

Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

  • Properly prepare for consumer engagements by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily marketing and sales meetings
  • Professionally represent our clients as an ambassador to their vision, driving increased service agreements through superior customer interaction
  • Execute marketing presentations within an assigned territory and meet or exceed sales expectations by creating urgency to buy now
  • Work closely with fellow sales and marketing team members to develop effective promotional strategies to improve consumer education and increase performance margins
  • Educate consumers on how they will benefit from our clients new services in the area
  • Communicate clearly with customers in person while maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed
  • Enhance industry and product knowledge while developing new skills by attending ongoing development activities and networking events

Marketing Associate Requirements:

  • Experience in customer relations, sales, customer service, marketing, outside sales, retail, or client relations.
  • Self-starter who approaches their profession with integrity and passion.
  • Enthusiasm for sales, saving the environment, and making a difference in consumers' lives.
  • Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as a member of a team.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work longer hours if needed.
  • Highly persuasive, customer-centric, courteous, self-disciplined, and honest work ethic.
  • Unrivaled interpersonal skills with the ability to overturn objections and close any sale.
