We are looking for a full-time Client Service Specialist to join our incredible team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Energetically greet and welcome clients into the studio
  • Communicate with clients in person, over the phone and through email to schedule appointments and recommend product and services
  • Be a knowledgeable resource of all Gee Beauty services and products to our clients
  • Work with clients and service providers to reschedule appointments promptly
  • Ensure schedule is optimized and fully booked
  • Ensure client consent forms are completed
  • Process payments and rebook services
  • Assist service providers in preparing rooms and stations in-between clients
  • Deliver professional, exceptional service
  • Apply and sell Gee Beauty makeup through education and experience

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You are detailed-oriented and take pride in your work
  • You are a multi-tasker and can pivot easily from one task to another, in a fast-paced environment
  • You are comfortable in a high-volume environment

  • You are a team player through and through, working collaboratively with all members of the Gee Beauty team, contributing to a healthy and happy workplace
  • You are seeking professional growth
  • You are punctual and respectful of our team and clients' time
  • You are available to work an 8-hour day, 5 days a week, including the weekend

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail environment (experience in beauty, skincare or hospitality preferred)2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with scheduling software and POS systems is an asset
  • Fluent in English
