Brown's Industrial is accepting resume for an experienced service writer/warranty admin clerk. This position is based out of Lloydminster location with a 5 and 2 shift rotation. Experience in heavy equipment and warranty administration is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Checking in vehicles/equipment for the mechanics
  • Understanding maintenance schedules for vehicles/equipment
  • Helping customers understand the vehicle requirements
  • Recommending other services that may be beneficial to the vehicle
  • Note problems accurately, and clearly describe them on the repair order
  • Estimate costs and completion times at point of sale. Clearly communicate them to customer.
  • Review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Open & close all customer paid, warranty, and internal repair orders.
  • Promptly notify customers of any changes, delays, or additional work needed. Maintain open lines of communication with customers throughout the repair process
  • Knowledge of trucks/trailer & heavy equipment would be considered an asset.
