Arlyn Recruiting collaborates with top law firms and corporations, seeking dynamic and experienced Marketing & Communication Managers to lead their marketing and communications efforts. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage all communication channels, and enhance brand presence.

Salaries: CAD $65,000 - CAD $90,000, based on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
  • Experience in managing budgets and tracking marketing ROI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the industry relevant to the company's operations.
  • Advanced degree or certification in marketing or communications.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia production.
