Job Title: Internal Communications & Culture Manager

Location: Mississauga, Ontario (GTA) or Palo Alto, California

Greenfield is looking for an Internal Communications & Culture Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

As a member of the People & Culture, team, the Internal Communications & Culture Manager will:

  • Develop and manage internal communications content
  • Design communications strategies to enhance employee engagement
  • Promote company culture through various initiatives and events.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and gather employee feedback to ensure a well-informed and engaged workforce.

Your Experience Should Include

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related
  • Minimum 6 years in a Communications role, with a strong focus on writing
  • Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms
  • Bilingual French/English language an asset
  • Experience in content creation, journalism, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop, write, and edit internal communications content, including newsletters, emails, intranet blog posts, and announcements, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with company cultures and values
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team and P&C to design and implement an internal communications strategy that supports company goals and enhances employee engagement
  • Identify and utilize appropriate communication channels to effectively reach different Greenfield locations and business units
  • Coordinate communication efforts during organizational changes or major announcements
  • Promote and reinforce the Greenfield culture through various communication initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications efforts through surveys, analytics, feedback, and provide reports and recommendations based on data and insights
  • Plan and execute initiatives to foster employee engagement and create a positive and inclusive workplace environment. This includes coordinating internal events, meetings, and activities that promote team building
  • Conduct interviews and gather stories from employees to highlight successes, share knowledge, and foster a sense of community
  • Act as a point of contact for urgent internal communication needs, providing timely and accurate information
  • Promote and maintain the company's values and mission.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts to build a more inclusive workplace
  • Travel to sites as per business needs
  • Other duties as assigned.
