We are seeking a talented and self-motivated individual Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns for all our brands: Stanfield's, Elita, Stanfield's FR, Life Liners, and Hot Chilly's.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the marketing team to support the design and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Assist the marketing team with the organizing of marketing assets. (Images, content)
• Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials including proposals, monthly reports, brochures, POS materials, In-store marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and other digital marketing Initiatives.
• Support email marketing efforts, assisting in the creation and distribution of newsletters and promotional emails.
• Assist the marketing team in the development, research, and post-campaign analysis of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Education:

• College/University degree in the areas of Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Or 3+ years of relevant experience.

Skills and Experience:

• Intermediate computer skills in MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Well-organized and Detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Highly Self-motivated, detail-oriented and hardworking.
• Digital Marketing and Social Media experience
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Valid Driver's license.

Working Conditions

• Physical Environment: Little to no exposure to disagreeable elements. Office and Plant environments
• Physical Demand: Almost all activities are of low to medium physical intensity
