Job Description: We're seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Specialist with a positive attitude and a get-it-done approach. If you're ready to dive into the dynamic world of heavy equipment marketing, roll up your sleeves, and make a tangible impact, this role is for you. You'll support our KCL Marketing Team in driving successful product marketing through product launch marketing management, compelling communications, leading product marketing initiatives, managing product literature, and ensuring our messages hit the mark internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and organize new product launch marketing materials.
  • Work with Product Managers to define the scope of launch activities.
  • Coordinate planning, manage timelines, track performance, and conduct post-launch reviews.
  • Develop briefs, collaborate with agency partners, conduct site visits, manage budgets, and oversee photo shoots.
  • Review, approve, and distribute assets; sunset outdated materials.
  • Develop and execute product marketing projects and promotions.
  • Collect information, create briefs, develop marketing assets, liaise with agencies, and gather post-project metrics.
  • Manage marketing elements of long-term product lifecycle measures and tactical product initiatives.
  • Coordinate new product literature.
  • Develop and print brochures, liaise with product divisions, ensure materials are relevant and translated.
  • Review retail marketing effectiveness.
  • Review campaign results, utilize monitoring tools, provide recommendations, and report key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in construction, heavy equipment, agriculture, automotive, or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingualism (fluent French & English) is an asset.
  • Exceptional public presentation skills - you're comfortable speaking to groups of any size.
  • Flexibility in managing varying priorities and workloads - you handle change with grace.
  • Ability to travel (up to 10%) to engage with agency partners, dealers, customers, and attend photoshoots.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics for performance tracking - you're data-savvy.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Understanding of RSM, Dealer, Corporate, and Vendor relationships.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently - you're a team player who can also take initiative.
  • Professional, confident, and organized.
