About the role

At RVezy, we're looking for an experienced and dedicated Performance Marketing Manager to help us boost our growth, increase our brand visibility, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our travel-loving community.

Key responsibilities

  • Form strong relationships with an external marketing agency to strategically manage and allocate our paid marketing budget across various platforms
  • Utilize your in-depth understanding of our brand values and business goals to make informed marketing decisions that speak directly to our audience
  • Drive our goals by effectively planning, executing, and managing full-funnel paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Continuously monitor, optimize, and adjust our marketing efforts for maximum engagement, ROI, and conversions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to develop compelling messages and offers that align with our overall brand strategy
  • Implement advanced tracking and analysis methods to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of our digital campaigns, using data to inform future initiatives

Qualifications:

Competencies, skills, and attributes:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid marketing management, preferably within digital-first, consumer-facing industries
  • Demonstrated success in managing and allocating substantial marketing budgets, maximizing ROI and user acquisition
  • Strong expertise in various paid marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter
  • Experienced in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis to optimize paid campaigns strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, adapting quickly and effectively to new industry trends and market changes
  • A passion for the world of RV travel and a love for crafting exceptional user experiences that align with our customers' adventurous spirit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence marketing decisions

Location

The role will require you to work from our office in Centretown 2-3 days per week.
