Marketing Manager

Reporting directly to the President, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing our marketing initiatives. Your innovative ideas and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of Dodds Garage Doors, a brand renowned for its reliability and excellence. You will ensure that our marketing efforts are in perfect harmony with the overall company vision and objectives. Your contributions will be key to enhancing our market presence, attracting new customers, and strengthening our brand loyalty.

To succeed in this role, you will be accountable for the following:

1. Social Media Management: Responsible for managing all organic marketing channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others while also overseeing paid social media campaigns.

2. Website management: Responsible for the accuracy of the content on the website including updating of current promotion.

3. Content creation: Write articles to be used on the website based on keyword research (SEO)

4. Email Marketing: Oversee content marketing strategy and execution.

5. Budgeting and annual planning: Responsible for creating a 12-month budget for all marketing channels with a detailed strategy and project management schedule for each activity.

6. Photography: Capture before and after images and videography of company work. Collect photos from company events.

7. Basic graphic design: In-house creation of simple flyers, direct mail, and other creative assets, will have the support of a graphic designer for larger projects.

8. Agency Oversight: Manage agency relationships (agency types include SEO, SEM, and website) and report on marketing performance.

9. Brand Management: Manage the use of all brand assets to ensure consistency and professionalism.

10. GBP: Oversee management of and content on all location Google My Business pages

11. Strategic Projects: Assist with strategic projects including branding work, website redesign, and other company priorities.

Experience:

- Degree preferred in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, agency, and/or in-house environment

Salary: $60-80k annually, full-time permanent
