KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns to promote CORTECH Safety Solutions Inc.'s services.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels including websites, social media, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and enhance the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with our audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and uncover opportunities for business growth.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and initial engagement.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, contracts, and project scopes, aligning with client needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies aimed at lead generation and sales growth.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain and update the company website to ensure content remains current, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of branding and positioning strategies to strengthen market presence.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as required, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Partner with the Administration Team on Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other proposals, contributing to competitive tenders and project bids.
  • Represent CORTECH Safety Solutions Inc. at networking events and public engagements to enhance organizational branding.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the health and safety industry or related fields. Experience in the construction industry or estimating is advantageous.

Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
