Product Marketing Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy for our products, ensuring alignment with our Product Operating Model framework. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in product marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Market Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain detailed buyer personas and market segmentation strategies.

2. Product Positioning and Messaging:

  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure product features and benefits align with market needs.

3. Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Work closely with sales, product management, and other stakeholders to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

4. Content Creation and Campaigns:

  • Create high-quality marketing collateral, including product brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, events, etc.) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

5. Customer and Sales Enablement:

  • Equip the sales team with the tools and training needed to effectively sell and support our products.
  • Develop and deliver product training sessions, sales presentations, and competitive battle cards.

6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market feedback to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferable although relevant work experience taken into account; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the (technology sector).
  • Strong understanding of the Product Operating Model framework and its application in product marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a competitive market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
