MARKETING DIRECTOR

The Marketing Director is responsible for managing the company's marketing efforts, including developing the marketing strategy, carrying out market research, managing campaigns, customer relationship management, digital marketing and content creation, public relations, team leadership, acting as an ambassador for the Company's brand and driving business growth.This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the creative team.

These are the standards we look for:

  • College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Sales/Marketing and or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum ten (10) years marketing experience comprised with a minimum of three (3) years in a Management/Supervisor capacity responsible for leading and mentoring employees.
  • Experience managing social media platforms or communities.
  • Ability to develop creative social media content and execute new & compelling marketing tactics that resonate with target audience to achieve brand goals.
  • Self-disciplined with excellent organizational, project and time management skills.
  • Problem solving, accuracy, attention to detail and analytical ability is required
